Bianca Nikol Roberson, 18, was shot and killed in 2021 as she drove on a portion of Route 100 in West Goshen, a week before she was set to begin her freshman year at Jacksonville University in Florida. David Desper, a Delaware County man who was driving home from work in his red pickup truck when he and Roberson began jockeying for position on the highway, fired a single shot out his passenger door towards Roberson's car. The bullet struck her in the head, killing her instantly.
