Betsy Keller, ICMA-CM, Chosen as El Paso Hall of Fame Inductee
Betsy C. Keller, ICMA-CM, has been selected as the El Paso Commission for Women’s 2026 Women’s Hall of Fame inductee for her work in public service. Betsy has served as chief administrator of El Paso County, Texas, since 2008. In addition, she enjoys giving back to her profession. She is president of the National Association of County Administrators and serves as chair of ICMA’s global engagement committee.
