An investigation was opened by Besançon's Public Prosecutor's Office after a man who had been found unconscious in the middle of the street on Friday in Besançon died. It was a passerby who, seeing him lying at the foot of a building in the Clairs Soleils district, warned the rescue. According to her, the victim would have spent several hours on the ground without anyone helping him. Shocked, she testified.
