The first indictment against former Signa chief René Benko for fraudulent Krida is now final. Benko's defense did not file an appeal within the prescribed period, the Innsbruck Regional Court informed.
The charges against Benko had been brought in Innsbruck, but his lawyer has now submitted a request that the main trial for the first criminal trial should take place in Vienna.
