BEMIDJI – Bemidji High School seniors Joey Fankhanel and Noah Mannausau waited with anticipation for their phones to ring on Tuesday. Cloquet senior defenseman Karson Young was selected fifth overall in the United States Hockey League draft last week. The Tier 1 USHL is the top junior ice hockey league sanctioned by USA Hockey.
