Bella Vista man: Minor crash should never have resulted in wife’s felony arrest, time in Benton County Jail | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

BELLA VISTA -- A minor fender bender while driving home from work last summer ended up costing a Bella Vista woman two days in jail, thousands of dollars in bond and attorney fees and a month off work without pay before the charges were dropped for lack of evidence.
