The Brussels court has issued a clear ruling in the case involving the right-wing National Conservative Conference, better known as NatCon. The French-speaking court of first instance ruled that the municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode acted unlawfully by banning the conference in April 2024. According to the judge, this constituted an unlawful restriction of fundamental freedoms, MCC Brussels reports.
