Watch as sunken yacht survivor is rescued after being pulled from air pocket
THIS is the moment one of the capsized Egyptian yacht survivors is rescued from an air pocket after the tourist boat sank in the Red Sea. The grateful man simply said “It’s nice to be back” after his ordeal of 36 hours when the Sea Story diving boat capsized on Monday. They searched for them for about 35 hours. The rescuers had all but given up hope. But the two Belgians on board the ship Sea Story that sank in Egypt are alive. And they are doing well. Lucianna (30) and Christophe (37) are experienced divers and were on a pleasure trip with the ship. "They survived because of an air pocket in the ship," their family says.
