HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- Nearly 50 large concrete beams are coming to the second approach bridge of the I-69 Ohio River crossing in Evansville. Officials say deliveries will happen Monday through Thursday, with short-term rolling closures on U.S. 41 to accommodate trucks turning onto Waterworks Road. The approach bridges will support construction of the future I-69 bridge expected to open by 2031.
