WILLMAR — With his six vacation days, Jordan Smith likes to return home. It’s tough to pull away from the summer with his job. Smith, a 2009 Willmar High School grad, is in his third year as manager of the Lynchburg Hillcats. That’s the Single-A affiliate for the Cleveland Guardians.
