TOPEKA – Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly announced Friday that nearly $15 million in federal grants have been awarded to 65 crime victims and survivor services organizations. Included were the Barton County Attorney’s Office receiving $47,944 and the Family Crisis Center receiving $335,927.
