BankingLab shareholder structure has changed

In March of this year, the shareholder structure of the BankingLab group changed. From now on, the controlling stake of the group belongs to BankingLab Holding Ltd, established in Liechtenstein, which is directly owned in equal shares by Justas Dobiliauskas, Vytautas Karalevičius and Mantas Mockevičius.
