The Police Department reports that on March 27 at 12:15 p.m. a woman who was a victim of fraud contacted the Visaginas Police Station. A resident of Visaginas, born in 1952, stated that between February 25 and March 19, she received phone calls from unknown individuals who, posing as bank employees, fraudulently defrauded her of 126,000 euros. A pre-trial investigation has been launched.
