Baltimore man gets 130-month sentence after officers find fentanyl twice, on scene and in jail
A federal judge has sentenced 41-year-old Timothy Darren Proctor of Baltimore to 130 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, after a jury convicted him on firearms and drug trafficking charges. In October 2024, a federal jury found Proctor guilty of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute and carrying a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
