Baltimore County sees uptick in strays, surrenders; Asks to consider adopting
Baltimore County Animal Services has taken in 135 more strays and owner surrenders than this time last year. “We’re here to raise awareness about all the pets waiting in shelters for their forever homes,” said Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier.
