Bainville Council Discusses Speed Limits
The regular meeting of the Bainville Town Council was called to order at 7 p.m. by Mayor Toby Romo at the Bainville Town Hall. Present were Will Rathbun and John Gilligan by telephone. A quorum was established. Guests included David Norton. Norton said thank you to the council for hanging the holiday lights on Main Street. Norton also asked to reach out to the state on removing the packed ice
