- Among his wins, Bad Bunny danced salsa with Rita Moreno, age 93, while his album was named Top Latin Album of the Year and `DtMF` won three awards.
- He opened the night by accepting the Top Latin Album of the Year award and closed his presentation saying he had a new mission `To tell the world that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life`.
- Elsewhere at the ceremony, Karol G won six awards, Fuerza Regida took five, and Carlos Vives, Emilia, Wisin, and Xavi performed `Somos más` as Telemundo's 2026 World Cup anthem.
