Average of regular in Philly market takes another little dip

GasBuddy’s number crunching of the prices at the nearly 1,000 gas stations in the Philadelphia market shows that the average of regular was down 0.9 cent for the week ending with Sunday. That average was down to $3.10 per gallon. It continues a stunningly stable period for prices at the pump.
