COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) An Auxvasse man was charged in Callaway County on Friday after he allegedly shot and killed his neighbor’s a cat on Thursday night. Tristen Poirier, 39, was charged with a pair of misdemeanors: Animal abuse and unlawful use of a weapon.
