Autun. Sexual assault on a resident of the Ehpad: three years in prison for caregiver

For having sexually assaulted one of the residents of the Ehpad La Providence d'Autun, a man found himself, on Monday, in the Chalon-sur-Saône court. The man who was practising as a caregiver at the time of the crime denied everything that was accused of him, before being sentenced to three years in prison, including a firm year, as well as a definitive ban on practising as a caregiver.
