Authorities ID 2 men killed in separate Birmingham shootings on Monday; 3rd man slain overnight

Devarta Dedre Thomas, 30, was killed in Monday’s predawn hours in the 300 block of 74th Street North, and James Lee Washington, 29, was killed later in the day in the 300 block of First Avenue North, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
