Austin bagel shop goes east for 3rd location in spring 2026

Local bagel shop Rosen’s Bagel Co. has announced that it will open a third location at Windsor Park, an East Austin neighborhood just north of Mueller. The new shop will open at 5900 Westminster Drive in Windsor Commons in spring 2026.
