ATR Leads Coalition Urging CFPB to Reject Price Controls on Bank Data

On August 1st, 2025, ATR led a coalition letter urging the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to reject price controls on data-sharing between banks and data aggregators and middlemen.
