At least 5 people killed in Latakia and Homs

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that unidentified armed individuals killed four civilians in the village of Ayn al-Jawze, part of the town of Ayn al-Sharqiyah in the countryside of Latakia, in western Syria. The attack occurred while civilians were working on agricultural land. Among the victims was a child. SOHR stated that the attack was carried out at close range and had the intent of "elimination."
