At Brenner station: Dewarning after dangerous goods alarm
The affected wagons were loaded with different substances – two of them with propanol, an alcohol, and the third with an acid. Due to the possible danger, the forces reacted with the utmost caution. On site tests were carried out immediately to identify the leaked substance. The analysis finally brought a warning: The liquid was merely harmless condensation water. Thus, there was no danger to humans and the environment at any time.
