- Submitting a claim waives legal claims against AT&T, and a U.S. court hearing on Jan. 15, 2026 will decide final approval while appeals and court-required processes could delay distributions.
- Initially the deadline was Nov. 18, but the court pushed it back one month; Overlap Settlement Class Members may claim up to $7,500, while single-incident claims reach $5,000 or $2,500.
