Following the reveal of its retro-inspired ROG Crosshair 2006 X870E motherboard, Asus is showing off some ROG-branded, Hynix-based DDR5 RAM running at 8800 MT/s with the powerful AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 CPU. It's an impressive overclock, though CAS Latency is increased to CL34 from CL26 in exchange for the big boost from the base 6000 MT/s specification.
