EVANGELINE PARISH, La. (KLFY) -- Two people have been arrested in connection with a series of thefts in which chickens were stolen, authorities said. Brannon Buller, 33, of Ville Platte, is charged with one count of theft of livestock, one count of simple criminal damage to property, one count of misdemeanor theft and one count of criminal trespassing.
