An investigation found the arrested vessel was part of Russia's 'shadow' fleet, Ukraine's state security service said.

A foreign vessel that helped Russians steal Ukrainian agricultural products from the temporarily occupied territories was arrested.

Ukrainian authorities have announced the detention of a cargo ship that was transporting approximately 5,000 tons of wheat from the port of Sevastopol, located in Russian-occupied Crimea, in 2024. The ship, sailing under the flag of an Asian state, was intercepted in Ukrainian territorial waters of the Black Sea while traveling from the port of Giurgiulesti in the Republic of Moldova to the Black Sea.
