On April 4th, the Okayama Prefectural Police arrested two men, including Naoomi Kono (52), a senior member of the designated yakuza group Ikeda-gumi, residing in Kita Ward, Okayama City, on suspicion of kidnapping and other charges for transporting a woman in her 20s from Okayama Prefecture to Cambodia in order to use her as a "caller" in a special fraud scheme.
