LEWISTON WOODVILLE – A Virginia man is behind bars following his arrest here Sunday in a shooting that occurred at a convenience store. Bertie County Sheriff Tyrone Ruffin said that 55-year-old Keith Tyrone Wynn of Suffolk, VA is charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
