BINGHAMTON (WIVT/WBGH) - Binghamton Police have arrested a man for taking a hot at another man Monday afternoon on the city's Westside. The shooting took place at around 2:20 p.m. at 1 Brintnall Place near the intersection with Grand Boulevard. Police say they tracked the suspect vehicle to 17 Park Street.
