The US promised to invest all of its potential in support of Armenia's military reforms, a statement such as that given by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic, was made by Andrew Lumis, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the United States Military Minister for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia, following bilateral Armenian-American consultations.
