SIOUX FALLS — A Sioux Falls parolee is facing new criminal charges after authorities say he threatened drivers with a gun. At approximately 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, police in Sioux Falls were called to the area of East 18th Street and South Blaine Avenue, immediately east of the Interstate 229 overpass, for a report of an armed individual.
