Elderly man dies after single-vehicle crash in Armagh
Police continue investigation into the crash and have appealed for witnesses and footage to assist with inquiries.
- On Thursday, January 15 a single-vehicle collision occurred in the Hamiltonsbawn Road area of Armagh around 7.30pm, and the driver was taken to hospital but later died from his injuries.
- PSNI officers, supported by partner emergency services, attended the scene while Collision Investigation Unit detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances.
- The Hamiltonsbawn Road was temporarily closed and has since reopened following the collision, police said.
- The PSNI appealed for witnesses and digital footage, asking the public to contact 101 quoting reference number 1339 of 15/01/26, after the elderly man's death in Armagh.
