Arizona congressman's bill would remove protections for Arizona national monuments

Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar is re-introducing two new bills that would remove environmental protections on millions of acres of federal land and open them up to mining and energy development. It would strip environmental protections from parts of the Grand Canyon National Monument and bring copper and gold mining to areas in the Ironwood Forest National Monument.
