The Government of Argentina has formalized Thursday its accession to the Geneva Consensus on the Promotion of Women's Health and the Strengthening of the Family, a statement against abortion co-sponsored by the United States, Brazil, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia and Uganda that was signed by more than thirty countries in 2020.
