CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – A preliminary hearing for a Clarion County man facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges related to a motorcycle crash and subsequent investigation has been rescheduled. According to court records, a preliminary hearing for 31-year-old Harley James Storrs, Sligo, that was scheduled for April 1 has been continued, and will resume on Tuesday, April 29, at 9:00 a.m., before Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C.
