Paxos Expands USDG Stablecoin to Arbitrum
The network will share USDG rewards with partners and seek 100 million ARB in incentives to boost stablecoin adoption, according to the proposal.

- The move allows Arbitrum to capture revenue from USDG activity, addressing a gap where the network currently receives no direct share of reserve income from other circulating stablecoins.
- A governance proposal published Tuesday asks ArbitrumDAO to add 100 million ARB to its DRIP incentive program to drive USDG adoption, as roughly $3.8 billion in stablecoins currently circulate on the network.
- The Global Dollar Network includes more than 150 partners including Robinhood, Kraken, Mastercard, and OKX, distributing rewards among participants rather than concentrating economics with a single issuer.
