The Romanian police have analysed more than 1,200 complaints of fraud with investments in shares and cryptocurrencies. The conclusion is that the most common victim is a person with medium studies, aged between 66 and 75 years.

More than 1,200 people have claimed, in the first six months of the year, online fraud. These have been promised profits from investments in shares or cryptocurrencies. The reported damages amount to more than 58 million lei, more than 2 million euros and almost 6 million dollars, according to an analysis carried out by the Romanian Police. More [...]
