The source told Shafaq News Agency that “General Barzan Hadi Kasab has been appointed director of Asayesh Erbil, succeeding Tariq Nouri.” It is noteworthy that Kasab was previously the deputy director of Asayesh Erbil and is the brother of former governor of Erbil Nawzad Hadi.
