The Administrative Court of Sport (TAS) has ruled that Pedro Rocha, who until a week ago was the head of the interim commission of the Football Federation after Rubiales' resignation, took decisions he was not competent to make, as Article 31.8 of the Football Federation's statutes states that his role was simply to call elections to elect a president to complete Rubiales' term. For this reason, it proposes a serious sanction.
