Applications open for Small Equipment Grant Program for Illinois fire, ambulance services

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Office of the State Fire Marshal announced that applications are open for the Small Equipment Grant Program. A total of $6 million will be awarded to eligible fire departments and ambulance services to purchase small firefighting and ambulance equipment, according to spokesman JC Fultz.
