Appeals court upholds inmate conviction on jailer assault

Grimes County, Tx (FOX44) - An appeals court says a 30-year sentence assessed Orlando James for attacking a Grimes County jailer will stand. Orlando Rodney James had been convicted of the offense and sentenced in December of 2023.
