A large industrial container has been dumped in a lay-by on the A12 London-bound near Colchester, Essex.

Colchester City Council is appealing for information after a large industrial container was found abandoned in a lay-by off the London-bound A12, just past Junction 27. The container, which appears to be full and extremely heavy, is believed to have been unlawfully dumped.
