MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – A leasing office manager at The Islander, 7711 Normandie Boulevard, called police at about 8:30 a.m. Jan. 20 and said she felt threatened by a tenant in the apartment building.The woman said the tenant, 35, had previously complained to her about a neighboring tenant who was disturbing him by constantly turning on their garbage disposal. That neighbor was eventually evicted.
