Anti-fraud law on public aid: agreement between the Senate and the National Assembly to stop fraudulent practices - Départements de France

On Tuesday, 6 May, MPs and Senators reached an agreement in the Joint Joint Committee (JC) on the draft law against all state aid fraud. The text, tabled by MP Thomas Cazenave, aims to combat these frauds, mainly in the areas of renovation and energy efficiency. The CMP definitively endorsed the DF amendment allowing the Departments to recover fraudulent RSA claims that could previously be erased in the context of an over-indebtedness procedure.
