The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has approved, by Order No. 61/2026, the procedure by which electricity and gas suppliers will be assessed according to how they handle customer complaints. Each supplier will be awarded a color, from red to green, depending on the number of complaints and how many of the merits remain unresolved in the legal term.
