Animal cruelty, false information - The Hardwick Gazette

WOLCOTT – On March 29, the Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a suspicious incident involving two deceased dogs originating from a residence in Wolcott. An investigation was subsequently initiated. As a result of the investigation, William Debonville, of Wolcott, was arrested and charged with two counts of Cruelty to an Animal and one count of Providing False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer.
