SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA) - A case of animal cruelty in San Luis, Arizona has sparked concern among residents and the San Luis Police Department (SLPD). A cat was recently found suffering from a gunshot injury to the head. The cat was examined, and it was determined they had to euthanize it.
